Chip Z’nuff Invites Donnie Vie to Reunite on Stage for Illinois -Hall of Fame Induction: “You Can’t Dispute What We’ve Accomplished”

In a heartfelt moment during a recent Rock Interview Series episode while promoting the upcoming Enuff Z’Nuff studio record entitled “Xtra-Cherries”, Chip Z’nuff shared a surprising update on his relationship with longtime collaborator and former Enuff Z’nuff vocalist Donnie Vie.

“We’re being inducted into the Illinois Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,” Chip said. “It’s in September at the Rialto Theater along with Disturbed, Smashing Pumpkins, Richard Marx, and other artists.”

Chip revealed that he reached out to Donnie personally with an invitation to perform at the ceremony:

“I said, ‘You’re a part of the history of Enuff Z’nuff… I really believe fans would like it if we got together and you sing a couple of songs that night.’” “I thought it was nice, and Donnie accepted the invitation.”

While Chip acknowledged that there’s still some tension below the surface, he chose to focus on their shared legacy and the impact they’ve made together:

“You can’t disrupt or dispute what we’ve accomplished throughout our careers. We’ve created some great songs, made some cool records… We made some people real happy.” “If you look at the glass half full, I think you’ll be okay in life.”

This reunion could be a meaningful step toward honoring their shared legacy, giving fans a chance to witness a moment that bridges the past and present.
