Welcome to episode # 64 of the Rock Interview Series. For this feature, vocalist, songwriter, musician Jim Crean is the featured guest.
Jim is currently promoting his new band Scream Taker, which also consists of rock legend Vinny Appice – drums, and Steph Honde -guitar.
Scream Taker released their debut record, “Kill the Beautiful” on September 23, 2022 on Deko Records. This 12-track release consists of well-crafted songs, infused with heavy Black Sabbath influenced riffs and melodic vocals.
Jim Crean also tours and records as lead vocalist with Vinny Appice and his brother Carmine Appice in Drum Wars and Appice.
In addition, Jim is regarded as music legend in the Western New York area. He is the leader of the award-winning band Hair Nation and has released several well received solo records. Jim was inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame in 2019.
