Rodney O’ Quinn – Foghat, Pat Travers Band (2007-2015) -Rock Interview Series #27 video interview

Welcome to episode #27 of the Rock Interview Series. My special guest is Rodney O’ Quinn, bass player from the legendary classic rock band Foghat.

In addition to Rodney, Foghat currently consists of original drummer Roger Earl, plus Charlie Huhn vocals and guitar, and Bryan Bassett on guitar,

Rodney joined Foghat in 2015 on the recommendation of original Foghat bass player Craig MacGreggor.

This year, Foghat will be celebrating their 50th anniversary and to commemorate they will be releasing a CD/DVD set entitled, “8 Days On The Road” on July 16th. This set has many of the band’s classic hits and was recorded on November 17, 2019 at Daryl’s House Club in Pawling, NY.

Before joining Foghat, Rodney played in the Pat Travers Band from 2007 to 2015 and was also the manager of the band. He was a co-producer of the “Guitar Gods of the 70’s” tour in 2010, which featured Pat Travers, Mark Farner, Ronnie Montrose and Derek St. Holmes.

We talk about this and much more in the following exclusive interview!

So get ready, here he is….Rodney O’Quinn.
